Who We Are
Founded in 1956, Ideal Frame Co. has been manufacturing quality furniture frames for nearly 70 years in Taylorsville, North Carolina.
In 2021, brothers Bo and Decker Coley purchased Ideal Frame Co. from its original owners, the Lackey family. The Coley brothers, being the third generation of their family in the furniture industry, leverage their upbringing around furniture manufacturing to uphold a keen sense of community, sustainability and quality. Those key values can be seen throughout the company today. They have driven Ideal Frame forward by implementing new equipment and technology, while holding true to the company's founding principles.

What We Do
Technology
Ideal Frame utilizes the latest technology for our CNC plywood operation. We run the latest version of AutoCAD. Our use of Platain's Wood Optimizer software allows us to leverage AI to optimize nesting of parts and decrease run time.
Capabilities
Our capabilities don't end at CNC routed frames. We also have the ability to manufacturer stick built and hybrid frames as well. We can also help you develop your very own frames with our team of freelance frame engineers.
